Luxembourg subsi

Subsidiarity[1]

The National Parliament established a procedure of subsidiarity scrutiny of EU draft legislative acts within the frame of the Early Warning System (EWS), but it does not formally consult Municipalities. Nevertheless, some Deputies holding a double mandate (local and national) participate personally in the subsidiarity scrutiny. Moreover, the Luxembourg CoR delegation is associated in the EWS.[2]
