• Drawing up immigration and asylum policies and legislation, e.g. the Aliens Act (2011) and the Strategy of Economic Migration (2010–2020);
• Registration services;
• Residence permits;
• Passport delivery;
• Citizenship conditions;
• Harmonisation with EU migration and asylum policy.
