​Central

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Special Group on projects managed from EU funds  is responsible for:

  • The overall legislation which is related to EU directives;
  • Transport networks;
  • Pipeline transportation;
  • Energy Networks.

The group overseas the identification, implementation and monitoring of projects.

 

Regional

Autonomous provincial authorities are responsible for:

  • Intermodal terminals;
  • Issuing construction permit for the construction of facilities referred to in Article 133 of the Law which are located in their territory.

The Provincial Secretariat for Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government is responsible for interregional relations.

 

Local

Local authorities are responsible for:

  • Logistic centres;
  • Issuing construction permits for construction of the transport infrastructure facilities that are not stipulated in Article 133 of the Law on Planning and Construction
