The Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection is responsible for:

• The overall legislation;
• Supervising the work of the competent authorities of the autonomous
  province in the exercise of delegated tasks;
• The protection and sustainable exploitation, fishing and marketing of fish stock.

The ministry held talks in April 2016 on the Serbia's preparation for negotiation sin realtion to the EU's Common Fisheries Policy.

Regional

Autonomous provincial authorities are responsible for:

• The monitoring of fishing areas.

Provincial Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry is reposnible for the management of water resource management in Vojvodina
