Moldova Youth and Sports

Central

The Ministry of Youth and Sport is responsible for:

  • Implementation of youth legislation and policy;
  • Management of grant programmes;
  • Funding and establishing youth centres;
  • Co-ordination of multi-disciplinary National Youth Capital programme;
  • Volunteering Programmes

 

Regional

District (Rayons) Level 2 authorities are responsible for:

  • Report actions, activities, projects and programs on National Youth Capital programme.


Local

Local municipalities (Level 1) are responsible for:

  • Cultural, sporting, recreational and youth and the planning, development and management of infrastructure needed for these types of activities.
  • Implementation of National Youth Capital initiative at local level, including developing youth forums, building infrastructure, attending national conferences, running programmes on challenges faced by young people.
