Central
The Ministry of Youth and Sport is responsible for:
- Implementation of youth legislation and policy;
- Management of grant programmes;
- Funding and establishing youth centres;
- Co-ordination of multi-disciplinary National Youth Capital programme;
- Volunteering Programmes
Regional
District (Rayons) Level 2 authorities are responsible for:
- Report actions, activities, projects and programs on National Youth Capital programme.
Local
Local municipalities (Level 1) are responsible for:
- Cultural, sporting, recreational and youth and the planning, development and management of infrastructure needed for these types of activities.
- Implementation of National Youth Capital initiative at local level, including developing youth forums, building infrastructure, attending national conferences, running programmes on challenges faced by young people.
