  • Determine the conditions and procedure to recognise VET received in a foreign country and the recognitions informal VET


 State Accreditation Service for Educational Institutions

  • Sets out the vocational education institution accreditation criteria, processes and procedures.

Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection

  • Roles in establishing artistic-creative VET institutions

 

Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs

  • Roles in establishing SportsVET institutions 


National Centre for Teacher Professional Development

  • Sets out and monitors the professional ethics code of a VET teacher.

Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara and Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia

  • Implementation of a unified state policy in the field of vocational education in the territory of the respective autonomous republic as well
  • Establishing VET.
