Syria Vocational Training

Central

 

The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education plan and manage the vocational training programme, in which students can be enrolled during their secondary education. Sixteen ministries are involved in vocational training, but planning of the programme is managed by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education (for 35% and 20% of establishments, respectively).

The governorates are involved in implementing vocational training programmes drawn up by central government.

 

Local

 

Local councils are involved in implementing vocational training programmes drawn up by central government.
