  • Issuance of licenses for social care, exercising state and administrative supervision and collection of statistics.

  • Special Care and Development Plan for 2014-2020 and its implementation;
  • Pensions, medical insurance and unemployment insurance;

  • Rehabilitation of juvenile offenders.
