The purpose of the subsidiarity analysis kit is to make all the tools provided by the network available to network partners wishing to assess a political or legislative document for compliance with the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality.
More specifically, this kit includes the tools needed to understand how the Committee of the Regions' Subsidiarity Monitoring Network works and to make a submission to it.
