CoR Subsidiarity Work Programme 2013
The Bureau of the Committee of the Regions adopted its Subsidiarity Work Programme for 2013 at its meeting on 30 January 2013.

Monitoring will therefore focus on 5 priority areas - E-invoicing in the field of public procurement, Blue Belt for a single market for maritime transport, Review of Waste Policy and Legislation, Environmental climate and energy assessment framework to enable safe and secure unconventional hydrocarbon extraction and Urban Mobility.

Concrete monitoring activities will be carried out throughout the year, using the range of tools available via the Subsidiarity Monitoring Network – consultations, Early Warning System files or Action Plan Working Groups. SMN partners will be invited to contribute and get involved.
The Subsidiarity Work Programme was adopted upon proposal of the
Subsidiarity Steering Group which relied on the initial work carried out by the Subsidiarity Expert Group.
