Action Plan 2010 – Reports of the Working Groups

The reports of the 5 groups which have been working throughout 2010 in the context of the SMN Action Plan have been presented  at the Subsidiarity Conference  in Bilbao. Lead partners highlighted best practices and recommendations adopted by all group partners. All partners were thanked and congratulated for their interesting pionneer work.
