  • Licensing of institutions and organisations;
  • Adopt a framework for vocational training;
  • Funding for research and development of vocational training.

Each of the 10 cantons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has its own Ministry being responsible for the implementation of policy and legislations regarding vocational training.
