One year after the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon, the CoR is organising, in partnership with the Basque Country Parliament and Government, its 5th Subsidiarity Conference. Discussions will focus on "Subsidiarity monitoring one year after Lisbon: common approaches at local and regional level". Local and regional authorities, and surely SMN partners, are most welcome to participate, as well as representatives of EU institutions and national parliaments that are also involved in subsidiarity monitoring.
