Multi-level governance in sustainable energy planning: resources available to inspire action from the COOPENERGY project

The COOPENERGY project partners (IEE programme) have sought examples of how local and regional authorities across Europe are collaborating with each other to develop and deliver their respective sustainable energy action plans (SEAPs). From over 150 submissions to our European survey held in summer 2013, we selected 60 of the best examples of collaboration, to inspire you to collaborate more effectively with the regional or local public authorities of your territory on sustainable energy planning. The project consortium has also compiled a Guidebook on Multi-Level Governance in Sustainable Energy Planning which comprises step-by-step guidance.
