For the second conference devoted to the Flagship Initiative, held in Dublin on 28 February and 1 March 2013, all local and regional authorities were asked to give their assessment of the Europe 2020 Flagship Initiative "An Agenda for New Skills and Jobs" by responding to a survey from the Europe 2020 Monitoring Platform.
