The survey covers the following questions:

 

• Which level of the government or which institution has the greatest impact on the speed and quality of absorption of EU funds?

 

• Which factor has the greatest impact on the quality of EU-financed projects at local and regional level?

 

• Are the new regulations governing the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) 2014-2020 an improvement in comparison to the previous programming period?

These results contributed to the preparatory work on the CoR own-initiative opinion, of which Mr Adam Struzik, Marshal of the Mazovia Region in Poland, was the rapporteur.
