The CoR  Subsidiary Monitoring Network launched a targeted consultation on Energy Efficiency.  For this proposal, the European Commission has issued a a Proposal for a Directive on energy efficiency (repealing Directives 2004/8/EC and 2006/32/EC) COM (2011) 370 final, a dossier for which Mr Jean-Louis Joseph (FR/PES) has been appointed CoR rapporteur.  All contributions received have been forwarded to the Rapportuer who used this information in the preparation of his draft opinion.
