In the context of the preparation of his draft opinion, Dr Ivan Zagar (SI/EPP), appointed as CoR rapporteur, would like to consult widely local and regional authorities on some particular questions concerning the proposal for a regulation on the “Connecting Europe Facility” (COM (2011) 665).
