GECT - INTERREG — Programme Grande Région,  has been established the 1 April 2010 with partners from France, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg (registered office in Metz (France). This new EGTC is the first one to be established in order to be the managing authority of an INTERREG Programme, in this case the INTERREG IV A Programme Grande Region.
