Puigcerdà, 26 April. The President of Catalonia and the French Minister of Health and Sports sign the conventions and the agreement of the EGTC "Hospital de la Cerdanya". Mr José Montilla and Ms Roselyne Bachelot signed the convention and agreement of the EGTC that will provide with health care to circa 30.000 inhabitants of the Cerdanya valley, at both sides of the Spanish-French border. The Spanish Minister of Health, the Mayor of Puigcerdà and the representative of the European Commission in Spain attended the event. The Spanish Council of Ministers will approve the EGTC on Friday 30 April and it will be published in the Spanish official journal soon.
