All EU Member States have agreements that involve various tiers of government. They differ widely because they reflect real differences between countries in both their socio-economic circumstances and in the distribution of competences between levels of government.

Help us to collect information about existing projects and new Pacts being launched, and to evaluate past experiences by providing useful documents and sources, evaluations or comments.
When describing your case(s), please include information on the following for comparative purposes
- the tiers of administration involved (local, regional, national, European);
- the nature of the partnership (vertical or horizontal);
- the type of remit (setting guidelines or delivering);
- the sectors involved (examples be broad or specific and can include one or several sectors);
- the duration of the agreement (temporary or permanent);
- funding (European, national, local or private; no funding).
