 ‭(Hidden)‬ What is EGTC?

 

The EGTC is a new European legal instrument enabling regional and local authorities from different Member States to set up cooperation groupings with a legal personality. It was introduced by Regulation  1082/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council on 5 July 2006.
